Mothers and Special Person's Day Stall

There was a big buzz at school yesterday with lots of excited students waiting for their chance to choose a beautiful gift or two for their mums and special people in their lives from our Mothers and Special Person’s Day stall. A huge thank you to Jour fundraising committee and volunteers for creating such a beautiful space with an amazing range of gifts for our students to buy. There were also lots of purchases made this morning at the second chance stall.

Movie Night Under the Stars

Our Under the Stars School Movie Night featuring Luca was held during Term One and it was a wonderful success. Families gathered with picnics, enjoyed the food trucks, and watched the movie together under the stars. A big thank you to our amazing community for coming out and supporting this event.

Colour Fun Run 2025

A huge thank you to our fundraising volunteers for organising the Colour Fun Run to end Term One. It was great to see so many families come and join the fun.

We were able to fundraise a total of $8,170.68. 

Community Celebration Evening 

Thank you to our entire community for a fabulous Whole School Celebration @ Avondale Primary School.

This event was a terrific way for our community to come together to celebrate the year. Our student performances were outstanding and the audience were treated to singing superstars.

The Art show was another highlight of our evening, with students excitedly showing off their artwork to family and friends. To have so many families at school, catching up, having picnics, purchasing drinks and ice creams from Di in the Canteen, playing games supplied by TeamKids and buying even more raffle tickets was a delight to witness.

A big thank you to our fundraising committee for organising the Christmas raffle which was drawn at the end of our celebration evening last night. We received many generous donations from our families and local businesses and were able to organise an amazing range of fantastic prizes.
