Avondale school policy states that students must wear the school uniform.
The advantages of students wearing a common uniform include:

• An economical way of clothing students
• Adds to playground safety as non uniform clothing is readily noticeable
• Developing a sense of pride and identity with the school
• Protection from the sun, hats are worn outside during Term 1 & 4

Note: students are encouraged to wear runners on days when PE is timetabled.

Our school uniform consists of:

Summer

• School polo shirt/T-shirt
• Blue shorts, netball skirt
• Blue (Royal or Navy) netball skirt
• Blue and white check dress
• Grey/White socks
• Sneakers/runners, or school shoes
• School jacket/windcheaters
• School hat - legionnaires or with a brim

Winter

• School jacket/windcheater
• School tracksuit pants
• Blue or gold skivvy
• Grey/White socks
• Sneakers/runners, or school shoes

All clothing, especially school jackets, polo shirts, T-shirts, windcheaters, tracksuit pants, and hats should be named – much easier to claim if lost.

HOW TO ORDER:
Parents can order uniforms in one of two ways.

ONLINE:

Purchase your garments online using PSW’s secure internet service. Payment is made by credit card and garments will be delivered direct to your door. Postage and Handling fee applies.
